Playbasis (Thailand) Co Ltd is currently looking for high-energy, results oriented Junior Account Executives with a passion for digital marketing, mobile applications, and user engagement. Junior Account Executives play a key role in our Business Development team at Playbasis, as they are responsible for establishing new business accounts with startups and small businesses. Each month, 50-100 new Startup/Small business customers from around the world create accounts on the Playbasis platform. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is friendly, outgoing, eager to learn, and has strong verbal & written English communication skills to reach out to a global base of customers.

  • You will identify, qualify, cultivate, develop and close deals with international startup and small business customers of an average annual contract value of $3,000 – $10,000 USD ( ~10,000 – 35,000 THB /month)

  • You will conduct interviews with customers to understand how they are currently using the Playbasis platform, and explain how they might get better value by adopting more features.

  • You will understand the customer’s needs, qualify them for fit, and send proposals via email.

  • You will perform virtual onboarding tours and demos, conduct webinars, and create product demonstration videos.

  • You will monitor platform usage and adoption data, as well as customer analytics to determine which prospects are primed for approach.

  • You will answer incoming sales calls, email inquiries, social media messages, and customer support tickets.

  • You will maintain an up-to-date and detailed sales pipeline, and provide high-level reports to the Playbasis management team.

  • You will partner with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to optimize and refine our messaging, positioning, pricing, and product roadmap as informed by conversations with customers


  • Minimum of 1 years of B2B sales, customer support, or social media management

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Thai; bonus points for trilingual fluency.

  • Consistent over-achievement in past positions.

  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results.

  • Ability to quickly contribute to a fast-paced, rapidly growing tech startup.

  • Have a work hard, play hard attitude with ambition and the ability to scale.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MA/MBA preferred
