As part of the Product Management team at Playbasis (Thailand) Co Ltd, you bridge the technical and business worlds as you design products and services that our customers, and their end-users, love. The ideal Product Manager is someone who is equal parts game/application designer, business analyst, data scientist, and end-user. Product Managers own product strategy & roadmap, effectively gather requirements from internal & external customers, define feature specifications that align with business outcomes, manage product development budgets, collect and interpret product usage data, and identify opportunities to improve engagement with products. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive analytical rigor in decision making and demonstrate strong business acumen. You should be comfortable with relational databases, wire-framing and rapid prototyping tools, Excel spreadsheets, and user journey design.

  • You will provide direction, coordination and measurable performance to the gamification and application design process.
  • You will represent the voice and needs of our customers, as well as our customers’ end users (players).

  • You will use analytical rigor and data-driven design decisions to launch products.

  • You will identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

  • You will understand customer needs and gather product requirements.

  • You will develop new products and enhance existing products.

  • You will work the Software Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule.

  • You will work closely with the UX & Design to transform wireframes and prototypes into high fidelity product designs.

  • You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to position and communicate the value of our products to potential customers.


  • 3+ years of experience in product management in consumer mobile or game development or similar experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in creating fun, compelling and delightful user experiences.

  • Excellent strategic customer-focused thinking skills demonstrated through multiple successful product release cycles.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards making data-based decision and comfortable with financial and operational analysis.

  • Proven ability to make smart feature versus time-to-market trade-offs; experience using data and metrics to back up assertions of business value.

  • Experience developing and operating web-scale, commercial, and/or enterprise-grade software services.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management; excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Have a can-do, get-it-done attitude with ambition and the ability to scale.

  • Previous start-up, social networking and/or consulting experience is a strong plus.

  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail

  • BS, quantitative or technical degree a plus (math, economics, engineering, or finance). MBA a strong plus.
